Personal Wine Education Course

1. In-Home Wine Education and Tastings

TopShelf is proud to offer you the most dynamic and enjoyable wine education in the comfort of your own home! Assemble up to 12 people and I will design a wine education or tasting experience tailored to your interest in wine.

      

2. Introduction to the Study of Wine at Fairleigh Dickinson
"Introduction to the World of Wine" (through Fairleigh Dickinson University) is a13-week university level wine course providing a practical, in-depth study of wine. This course includes how wine is made, a profile of the major grape varietals, where wine comes from, how to serve and store wine, its relationship to food and its profit potential. Through tastings in class, students will develop an appreciation of the different styles of wine and the regions that they are from. We can discuss growing interest in French wine classes, Spanish wine classes, and classic wines of California.
